| | Description | The Bay Area Chapter hosts its annual CPR Preparedness Saturday on March 8, 2008. This is a FREE 4.5 hour CPR and preparedness training course. Participants will learn:
- Adult CPR
- Rescue Breathing
- How to better prepare yourself and your family for
disaster.
- Earthquake preparedness with free earthquake mitigation kit!
After successfully completing a written test and a hands-on skills test, participants will receive an American Red Cross certificate for Adult CPR (valid for one year). |
